Welcome to Provider Relations
At Devon Health, we understand that a flexible and communicative relationship
with our participating providers is critical to the strength of our network. We
look for providers who share our commitment to high levels of service in order
to deliver the best medical care to our member participants.
We have designed this section of our website specifically for our preferred
providers. The primary goals of this section are to inform our providers about
changes in network policies, to educate them on procedures and client base, to
offer access to services designed specifically to aid medical professionals,
and to obtain up-to-date information on our preferred providers.
The Provider Relations Division is responsible for the maintenance of Devon
Health’s preferred provider network and for the education of providers and
their office staff in all aspects of network participation. Provider Relations
Representatives are available to investigate and resolve inquiries regarding
claims errors, participating provider obligations, reimbursement methodologies,
claims submission procedures and other operational issues, and to serve as a
resource for our Preferred Providers.
