Integrated Pain Solutions (IPS), located in Orlando, Florida, is a managed service organization committed to helping case managers and self insured companies manage their health care expenditures for musculoskeletal pain patients.
Founded with years of expertise in the management of pain practices and the delivery of pain services, IPS has developed an easy access referral system and a quality provider network in which every provider is a Board Certified/Board Eligible or Fellowship trained pain specialist.
Access to the IPS network is provided by calling the IPS Intake Call Center at 800.445.4770. The Call Center is accessible Monday through Friday from 7A-7P (Eastern Time). Call Center intake representatives will compile all necessary patient/case manager information, and identify a Board Certified/Board Eligible or Fellowship trained practitioner who is located within a reasonable distance of the patient's location. IPS presently has a provider network of practitioners in 11 states, with new states slated to come online. The IPS Intake Call Center (800.445.4770) will coordinate all referrals, and IPS account executives will personally interact with health plan patients, case managers and adjustors to maximize benefits and outcomes on spent dollars.
IPS also offers participating case managers the added provider benefit of a “One Case Referral” program. Should a referred patient reside in an area that may does not presently have an IPS provider readily identified, IPS account executives will identify, locate and secure a provider to treat your patient. This “One Case Referral” program has aided numerous case mangers, and provided patients with access to quality providers that would otherwise have been unavailable in certain geographic areas.
IPS is a unique option to the Pain industry in its composition and service offerings to plans and case managers. The IPS Physician Advisory Board is composed only of Board Certified Pain specialists, many of whom are double boarded, and who are available to review cases of particular concern to case managers. This Advisory Board has developed IPS patient treatment algorithms which are unique to this organization, and are followed, as appropriately, by the IPS physicians. These treatment algorithms, coupled with the aggressive fee negotiations IPS has secured with providers, yields your organization and patients with maximum outcome for dollars spent. Lastly, the IPS senior management team is composed exclusively of individuals with years of experience in the management and delivery of pain practices.
