How Client Services Helps

The Client Services Department was created to focus exclusively on our clients’ needs. Our mission is to continually provide the desired results our clients seek by delivering individualized, consistent, accurate, secure, and effective services. We are dedicated to building close, ethical relationships with each of our clients to make ourselves as valuable to them as they are to us. Our ultimate goal is to uncover opportunities where we feel Devon Health can be of the greatest benefit to our clients.

Client Services assists current and future clients:

  • Coordinates the design, completion, and delivery of all materials relevant to a new client’s network access
  • Provides network analysis and disruption analysis reports
  • Assists in network implementation
  • Performs on-going maintenance such as activation of new members
  • Provides GeoAccess reports to compare networks, creating optimal network access for all members
  • Processes provider nominations and provides reports to clients on the recruitment status
  • Acts as an on-going communication link between Devon Health and the client
  • Provides on-site instructional sessions for new membership
  • Assists in cost savings evaluation of your total healthcare benefits package

As a client of Devon Health Services, you will be assigned an Account Manager (Meet the Department) who is dedicated to providing personalized services beyond coordinating the initial implementation of the plan and its day-to-day management.
