Devon Health Services, Inc., specializes in meeting and exceeding the needs of our clients. The Client Services Department was created to exclusively focus on your needs.

Our mission is to continually provide the desired results our clients seek by delivering individualized, consistent, accurate, secure, and effective services. We are dedicated to building close, ethical relationships with each of our clients to make ourselves as valuable to them as they are to us.

Some of the ways that our Client Services Department assists current and future clients are as follows:

  • Coordinate the design, completion, and delivery of all materials relevant to a new client’s network access.
  • Provide network analysis and disruption analysis reports
  • Network Implementation
  • Perform on-going maintenance such as activation of new members
  • Provide Geo Access reports for comparing networks, to create optimal network access for all members.
  • Provider Nominations Processing and providing reports to clients on the recruitment status.
  • Act as an on-going communication link between Devon Health Services, Inc. and the client.
  • Provide on-site instructional session for new membership.
  • Assist in cost savings evaluation of your total healthcare benefits package.

A very important aspect of our Client Services Department is the individualized attention we give each and every client. A Client Account Manager is assigned to your account to provide personalized services beyond coordinating the initial implementation of the plan and its day-to-day management.
