Client Services

Every new Devon Health client is assigned an Account Manager. Your Account Manager is specifically assigned to your group and is available every day to handle questions or concerns. Your Account Manager will be with you from the beginning, from the implementation of your group to the day-to-day interactions with you and your staff. Provider Nominations

Devon Health has an aggressive recruiting team that targets the provider needs of our clients. If your members frequent a doctor that is not yet in our network, you can nominate the provider online. Provider nominations are handled with the highest priority. We will update you and/or your members on the progress of our recruitment.

Claims Repricing and Administration

Devon Health is on the cutting edge of claims repricing and administration. Our repricing services can be tailored to meet your needs, and our team can even visit your office to personally train your staff.

We offer:

  • Remote Repricing: Devon Health Services now offers Remote Repricing to qualified clients. Simply enough, the client connects to Devon Health’s system through the Internet, and reprices their own claims as if they were sitting in our office. The client has 24-hour access to real-time updates and provider contract information in our completely confidential system. Implementation takes approximately 30 days. Client training lasts only a couple of hours, as the system is built to be user-friendly.
  • EDI Repricing: EDI Repricing is available to qualified clients. Devon Health requires a standard ASC 837/4010 format in order to interact with the client’s system. With EDI, clients electronically submit daily batches to Devon Health. The batches are processed through our automated repricing system and claims are returned electronically in the same format. This option allows for rapid turnaround and elimination of clearinghouse fees. Implementation for EDI takes approximately 30-60 days.
  • In-House Claim Repricing: With Devon Health repricing, the client can either 1) send all paper claims directly to us for repricing via mail and/or fax or 2) perform their own physician and ancillary claim repricing and send all hospital paper claims to us. We create a Claim Transmittal Coversheet, which contains specific information about your group and enables us to immediately identify claims for repricing. Clients can either fax the batch of claims to 610-768-0701 or mail them to our office. Claims are repriced and returned in 2-5 business days, and the client need not assume any data maintenance responsibility.
  • Client Repricing: Should you choose to reprice your own claims, Devon Health will send a monthly data load of providers to you. We also forward our provider fee schedules, which are updated on an annual or as-needed basis. You can reprice and adjudicate the claims through your own internal system, while still utilizing Devon Health provider discounts.

Our repricing services make it easy to process your claims quickly. Your Account Manager will be able to explain each repricing option in detail as well as assist you in finding the option that best suits your needs.

Devon Health provides exceptional customer service through our fully integrated customer information system with real-time access to provider information and claim status. Research Team

To guarantee a network match, Devon Health will perform GeoAccess reports, disruption reports, sample repricing, and proposals. Network materials, including directories, are also provided for review. Email client_services@devonhealth.com for more information.
