Thomas Hurley hired as Deputy General Counsel for Devon Health

Hurley brings over 20 years of experience to the Devon Health Legal Department, practicing corporate and securities law with some of the most prestigious law firms in Center City Philadelphia. He has represented smaller privately owned companies and larger publicly held businesses. Hurley’s background is in financing, negotiating commercial agreements, the development and exploitation of technology companies, and securities.
