Devon Health to Attend and Exhibit at Institute 2006 – AHIP’s Annual Meeting

King of Prussia, PA – June 6, 2006 - Devon Health Services, Inc., a National Healthcare Cost Management Company and the Northeast's most extensive Preferred Provider Organization (PPO), announces four promotions in the Organizational Development and Strategic Planning department.

John Polk has been named the new associate vice president of organizational development and strategic planning. In his new role, John will lead new product development efforts, drive employee development, and streamline administration and office services. Prior to his appointment, John was a key contributor in the launch of Devon Medical, a subsidiary of Devon Health, and the initiator of strategic human capitol initiatives that improved corporate communication and employee effectiveness. “John is clearly a leader who focuses on the bottom line and he is excellent at obtaining positives results,” says Barbara Grundy Evans, vice president of business services. “He clearly understands the operation of our business and will help drive the success of Devon Health.”

Samantha Parker has advanced to manager of product development. Samantha’s responsibilities will include nurturing new projects, assisting in creating initiatives to increase revenue, and supporting Devon Health in identifying new products, services, and partnerships that drive company growth while increasing customer satisfaction. “Samantha has done a tremendous job of supporting past product development efforts,” says Polk. “I know that she will continue to have a positive impact on the department.”

Wendy Erhardt has advanced to manager of organizational effectiveness. Wendy will coordinate programs to drive employee effectiveness, enhance the performance review process, handle intern and employee recruiting efforts, and organize the company’s mentoring and scholarship programs. “Wendy has produced excellent results while working extensively on special projects throughout Devon Health,” says Polk. “Her willingness to exceed company expectations proves that she will quickly excel in this position.”

Lamont Mercer has advanced to manager of business administration and office services. Lamont's responsibilities will include managing business administration personnel and special project support, coordinating office material and supply management, and controlling mailroom operations. "Lamont has made significant improvements to Devon Health’s office operations, and supply chain management efforts,” says Polk.
