Devon Health Announces Changes in the Client Services Department

King of Prussia, PA – June 6, 2006 - Devon Health Services, Inc., a National Healthcare Cost Management Company and the Northeast's most extensive Preferred Provider Organization (PPO), has announced eight new promotions in the Client Services department.

Michael Tosti has been promoted to associate vice president of client services. Since joining Devon Health in 2002, Michael has strengthened relationships with Devon Health’s key clients. Michael will support the sales department on proposal efforts, manage the daily interaction between Devon Health clients and account managers, and manage the implementation and contractual stages of the clients’ relationship. “Michael brings tremendous client support expertise, leadership, and proven motivational skills to his new role,” says Barbara Grundy Evans, vice president of business services. “His accomplishments have made him a tremendous asset to the company, and I look forward to seeing him excel in this increased role.”

Trisha Strine has been promoted to manager of client services. Trisha’s responsibilities will be to oversee the daily functions of the department and direct operational issues. “Trisha has clearly demonstrated her leadership capabilities since joining Devon Health in 2003,” says Tosti. “She has been a valuable resource to the company and a mentor to those within her department.”

Maria Mitova has been named senior client account manager. Maria’s responsibilities will include implementing and managing new software tools, and maintaining various client relationships. “Maria’s promotion is reflective of years of continued excellence as a client account manager,” says Tosti. “Maria has consistently delivered on all projects, and I’m confident that she will be excellent in this position.”

Eileen Shea has been promoted to customer operations manager. Eileen’s responsibilities include establishing and executing the health panel installer network for Devon Health’s affiliate Supply Marketing, maintaining relationships with various vendors, and performing continuous market research and competitor analysis projects. “Eileen’s performance at Devon Health has been outstanding,” says Tosti.

Kristen Magness and Bryan Pellak, former members of the product development team, have been named client account managers in the Client Services department. Their responsibilities will include working with sales executives and supporting sales initiatives. “Kristen and Bryan will make an instant impact in their new positions,” says Tosti. “Their work ethic and forward-thinking will help drive the success of this department.”

Matthew Silage has been named fulfillment coordinator. Matthew’s responsibilities will include various client service activities. He will work on inventory maintenance, data collection, and data analysis. “Matthew’s hard work exceeds expectations, and I look forward to seeing his progress in this position,” says Tosti.

Justin Cherry has been named account services representative. Justin’s primary responsibility is working with client service account managers to help fulfill sales goals. “Justin demonstrates an exceptional work ethic and passion to complete tasks in a timely manner,” says Tosti.
