CLAIMS SETTLEMENT DEPARTMENT WELCOMES NEW VICE PRESIDENT

King of Prussia, PA – April 13, 2006 – Devon Health Services, Inc., the Northeast’s most extensive Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) and National Healthcare Cost Management company, welcomes David Zlogar as the new vice president of claims settlement.

David Zlogar previously worked as a sales consultant for Devon Health for six years. Prior to consulting, he worked for Mainline Heath and Healthnet. He has over 18 years of experience in handling self-funded employers, healthcare cost containment, product development, sales, and client relations. “David’s focus will be to further develop the Devon Health Claims Settlement product, strategize ways to maximize savings for clients, create operational procedures for the pre-funding claims initiative, and provide support and direction for the department in general,” says Charles Falcone, president of Devon Health. “David also will work very closely with the Devon Health Sales team to increase current revenue. His experience and expertise will lead the team to even greater success.”
