DIG CYCLING PARTICIPATES IN EVENTS TO FIGHT ILLNESSES

King of Prussia, PA – March 28, 2006 – DIG Cycling Team, Inc., a non-profit organization devoted to raising funds in support of regional and national non-profits and their efforts to create awareness in the fight against life changing illnesses, is participating in seven upcoming cycling events in the Greater Philadelphia area.

DIG Cycling is dedicated to ending the devastating effects of life changing diseases like multiple sclerosis, cancer, heart disease and diabetes. In 2006 the cyclists will ride in Girls with Gears benefiting Carol for Heart, Bike 4 Sight, MS 150 PA Dutch Tour, Diabetes Tour de Cure, American Cancer Society Bike-a-thon, Livestrong Ride, and the MS 150 City to Shore Ride.

“We know how illnesses like these affect our friends, family, loved ones, and people in our own communities” says Barbara Grundy Evans, vice president of business services for Devon Health. “Each event aims to provide support for education, research, and prevention of devastating diseases. This is what motivates us to ride.”

DIG Cycling looks to raise over $15,000 this year and offers a complete list of sponsorship opportunities for interested donors.
