Devon Health Announces New Promotions

King of Prussia , PA – March 9, 2006 – Devon Health Services, Inc., a National Cost Management Company and the Northeast’s most extensive Preferred Provider Organization (PPO), encourages promoting from within the company and supports employees advancing in their careers.

Paul Tirado has been named director of electronic data interchange (EDI). Mr. Tirado’s main focus will be managing and improving the electronic claims process. “Paul is an integral part of our EDI process,” says Andrea Fischer, vice president of operations. “I am confident that he will enhance our efficiency in processing claims.”

Nicholas Leh has been promoted to manager of provider relations. His duties include provider orientations, monitoring claims issues, and conducting data updates. Mr. Leh will also oversee the daily operations of the department. “Nicholas is a valuable asset in the Provider Relations Department and displays superior skills when assisting physicians in our network,” says Paul Jenson, director of provider relations. “I am looking forward to his success.”

Wendy Erhardt has been named product development research manager. Ms. Erhardt will be responsible for managing all data analysis and physician recruitment efforts, and will retain management responsibilities over the research team. “Wendy has shown excellent leadership and project implementation skills,” says Dolores Dunleavy, director of product development. “I know that Wendy will put forth a strong effort in her new role and I look forward to her contribution to the department.”

Samantha Parker was promoted to product development sales manager. Ms. Parker will manage all physician-targeted marketing efforts. She will also coordinate test market efforts and monitor the daily activities of the Product Development Department. “Samantha understands our business and is committed to Devon Health’s goals and visions,” says Ms. Dunleavy. “I expect solid results from the product development sales team this year under her leadership.”

Jim DeSanto has been promoted to ancillary contract manager. Mr. DeSanto will oversee all ancillary contract negotiations and manage the department. “Jim continues to show dedication to excel beyond his position and to achieve goals,” says Shawn Scavone, director of network development. “His persistence and hard work fits the company’s goals.”

Joshua Bean has been named senior network development representative. His responsibilities include recruiting physicians in the Devon Health network and assisting in the training of new network development representatives. “Josh is a model employee in the Network Development Department,” says Mr. Scavone. “We look for him to excel in this position and continue his professional growth."

Jake Grasch has been promoted to client services account manager. Mr. Grasch will be a direct contact for many of Devon Health’s key clients. “This position will be rewarding and challenging for Jake. I am confident that he will exceed the expectations of the department,” says Michael Tosti, director of client services.

Joe Patrick was promoted to manager of claims settlement. Mr. Patrick’s new responsibilities will include cross department communications and the daily management of claims settlement for Devon Health. “Joe has been a vital asset in our claims settlement process,” says Jason Mattey, director of claims settlement. “He has successfully increased our clients’ savings, and also aided in the training and development of new hires within the claims settlement division.”

The Marketing and Public Relations Department also announced two new promotions. Heather Smith has been named senior marketing representative. Her new focus is to enhance Devon Health’s presence at expos and other events. “Heather’s effort and company allegiance has been evident since the beginning of her employment here at Devon Heath,” says Jessica Parker -Smith, associate vice president of marketing and public relations. “Her drive, strength, and will to exceed expectations gives her unlimited vertical mobility within Devon Health.”

Darren Behuniak has been named senior public relations representative. Mr. Behuniak’s responsibilities include a more extensive role in media relations. “Darren has become a major entity in our department and we look forward to him building relationships with clients, the media, and the general public,” says Ms. Parker-Smith.
